Enoteca Nostrana is located next door to Nostrana. Join us for service at the bar (21+) or at a table (all ages) opposite the cellar or seasonally on our patio.

Limited reservations are accepted up to one month in advance for parties of 4 or fewer.

About Us

Enoteca Nostrana is a new wine bar opened in April 2018, directly next door to Nostrana, Cathy Whims' and David West’s Italian gem located in Southeast Portland. Heralded as one of Portland's best restaurants since opening in 2005, Nostrana has received myriad accolades for its soulful regional Italian cuisine rooted in the Pacific Northwest, as well as recognition for its stellar wine program. It's with great enthusiasm that we present this exciting evolution of our offerings with an emphasis on wine.

Enoteca Nostrana offers a menu of small plates crafted by Chef Devon Chase to complement its vast wine selection. A full bar is also available. Join us daily from 4pm – midnight.

  • Austin Bridges

    Austin Bridges has been in the service industry for almost 30 years, with 9 of those spent running the wine program for DOC Restaurant. There he became known for his ability to pair unique off the the beaten path wines with nouveaux Italian cuisine. In 2017, he joined our team as Wine Director.

    Devon Chase, Chef

    Chef Devon Chase has worked for Chef/Owner Cathy Whims at all of her restaurants: Nostrana, Oven and Shaker and Hamlet. Devon creates the highly regarded bar menu for Enoteca Nostrana, as well as the family-style offerings for our Private Dining menus.

  • Natalia Toral

    EVENTS COORDINTOR

    Natalia Toral was a longtime Nostrana collaborator before officially joining the team as Events Coordinator in 2018, most notably having planned and organized many years of the Maialata and Negroni Social. She throws parties.
